Account Manager


W-Systems is seeking a full-time Account Manager to drive additional revenue growth from our existing customers. If you thrive on building and maintaining great customer relationships, this position is for you. We work with the nation’s leading companies to build state-of-the-art CRM and Marketing Automation Systems. Your role is to work with our existing customers to discover their needs, gain their trust, and find new opportunities to expand their use of W-Systems' products and services.

  • Making regular contact with W-Systems' customers in order to build strong relationships and guarantee customer loyalty
  • Working with existing customers to ensure product subscription renewals
  • Identifying and closing new opportunities within existing accounts

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management
  • A passion for technology products and services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Curiosity, organization, and efficiency

  • A strong work ethic and passion for learning
